PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a biomolecule and a biochemical reaction using a biosensor, and of inspecting quality of the biosensor non-labelledly and non-contactingly. SOLUTION: The biomolecule and the biochemical reaction are detected non-contactingly and non-destructively using the biosensor, by using a white interference method, in the present invention.
