PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam reinforcing metal fitting, inexpensively manufacturable with an excellent yield of a material. SOLUTION: This beam reinforcing metal fitting 1 is composed of platy members 3a and 3b, and a hexagonal through-hole 5 is arranged in a substantially central part. When installing the beam reinforcing metal fitting 1 on a beam 13, the metal fitting is installed in a position of circumscribing a through-hole 15 of the beam 13 on the through-hole 5 of the beam reinforcing metal fitting 1, and the periphery is welded, and the beam 13 and the beam reinforcing metal fitting 1 are fixed by a welding part 17. The platy members 3a and 3b may be installed on the beam 13 after being integrated in advance by welding, or may be separately installed. The platy members 3a and 3b are manufactured by cutting a crest part of a trapezoid after cutting a plate a long plate shape in a waveform of the trapezoid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
