PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield conductive body capable of enhancing the heat radiation property. SOLUTION: A pipe 22 has an air inlet 27 opened continuous to an in-cabin space R of an electric vehicle EV, and an air outlet 28 opened continuous to a ventilation space S. An air flow from the air inlet 27 to the air outlet 28 occurs in the pipe 22. In addition, the pipe 22 is arranged in an exposed manner to a part at which air flows as the electric vehicle EV travels. An outer surface of the pipe 22 is cooled by the air in addition to the outside air passing through the pipe, and the heat radiation property of a shield conductive body 1 is reliably enhanced.
