摘要 A rail system of an automatic pipe welding equipment which can improve weldability by correcting the roundness deviation, and can improve operation efficiency by correcting a roundness deviation of various types of pipes is provided. A rail system(30) of an automatic pipe welding equipment comprises: two rails(31) having a semicircular plain sectional shape; a first connecting device(36) for connecting one ends of the rails to each other; a second connecting device(37) for connecting the other ends of the rails to each other; one or more first leaf springs(32) which are directed to an inner side of the rails and mounted along the rails in a predetermined distance to correct a roundness deviation from the central point of pipes(35a,35b) to a welding portion; and one or more adjusting pads(33) which are directed to the inner side of the rails and mounted along the rails in a predetermined distance to finely correct the roundness deviation corrected by the leaf springs. The rail system further comprises second leaf springs(34c) supported by a predetermined sized auxiliary block(34b) and more projected inward than the first leaf springs.
