A cosmetic composition comprising a Punicagranatum L. extract, a Lycopersicon Esculentum extract and red wine is provided to be able to protect skin from ultraviolet rays, harmful oxygen and harmful materials floating in the air, alleviate skin trouble and inflammation, and have skin soothing effect. The skin cosmetic composition comprises 0.01-10.0 wt.% of a Punicagranatum L. extract, 0.01-10.0 wt.% of a Lycopersicon Esculentum extract, and 0.01-10.0 wt.% of red wine. Each of the Punicagranatum L. extract and the Lycopersicon Esculentum extract is obtained by extracting Punicagranatum L. or Lycopersicon Esculentum with at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of distilled water, 1,3-butyleneglycol, C1-4 alcohol, ethyl acetate and acetone, warm-dipping or cold-dipping the extract, and then filtering it. The red wine is an extract obtained by fermenting grape fruits for red wine.
