An electroluminescence display is provided to enhance display quality and reduce power consumption power and cost by utilizing effectively a panel substrate by arranging each circuit and wiring with a high balance on a frame. In an electroluminescence display, a display panel includes a display unit where a pixel is arranged in a matrix shape, a horizontal scan driving circuit and a vertical scan driving circuit formed in the vicinity of the display unit to drive the pixel. An outer connection terminal is placed on a first side of the display panel. One of the horizontal scan driving circuit and the vertical scan driving circuit is arranged on a second side, facing the first side, and the other one is arranged on a third side which is one of two sides connecting the first side with the second side. A power line of the horizontal scan driving circuit and the vertical scan driving circuit is arranged from the outer connection terminal to an area of formation of the horizontal scan driving circuit and the vertical scan driving circuit without passing through one side except for the first, second, and third sides.
