A 3-axis driving optical pickup actuator using a fine pattern coil is provided to improve driving sensibility by performing 3-axis driving, reducing the entire mass, and minimizing an empty space between a coil and a magnet. A pair of magnet structures(501), composed in left and right ends, form magnetic field flux of a closed circuit. At least one or more the first fine pattern coils(503) are faced to the magnet structures(501) between the two magnet structures(501), and are located in the magnetic field flux. If a current flows in the fine pattern coils(503), the fine pattern coils(503) generate an electromagnetic force. One or more the second fine pattern coils(504) are faced to the magnet structures(501) between the two magnet structures(501), and are located in the magnetic field flux. When the current flows in the fine pattern coils(504), the fine pattern coils(504) generate electromagnetic force. Paths of the current in the fine pattern coils(503) and the fine pattern coils(504) mutually differ. Tracking driving force, focus driving force, and tilting driving force are generated by the combination of the electromagnetic force generated by the fine pattern coils(503) and the fine pattern coils(504).
