Synthetic extrudate with improved mechanical properties comprises a polymer substrate and at least a segment of surface of the extrudate is embedded with UV-hardening cross-linked coating, where the UV-hardening coating comprising the following components such as polyacrylate component (A) (100 parts by weight); component (B) (0.1-80 parts by weight); component (C) consisting monoacrylic acid ester or acrylic acid esters of polyolen (0.1-100 parts by weight); vinylsilane compound (D) (0.1-80 parts by weight); and component (E) (0.1-5 parts by weight). Synthetic extrudate with improved mechanical properties comprises a polymer substrate and at least a segment of surface of the extrudate is embedded with UV-hardening cross-linked coating, where the UV-hardening coating comprising the following components such as polyacrylate component (A) (100 parts by weight); component (B) such as silicon dioxide, alumina, zirconium dioxide, titanium dioxide or cerium dioxide (0.1-80 parts by weight); component (C) consisting monoacrylic acid ester or acrylic acid esters of polyolen (0.1-100 parts by weight); vinylsilane compound (D) (0.1-80 parts by weight); and component (E) consisting of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propan-1-on, 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoylphenylphosphoric acid ethylester and/or 1-hydroxy-cyclohexylphenylketone (0.1-5 parts by weight), with a viscosity of 8-20s at 20[deg]C after DIN ISO 2431 and the UV hardened, cross linked exhibits a layer thickness of 8-40 Pm and a micro hardness of greater than 200 N/mm2 after DIN EN ISO 14577 and exhibits dynamic scratch test on scratch hardness according to Clemen with a steel disk up to 20 N forces effect with a scratch speed of 2-3 vm/s and a scratch distance of 22/5 mm on a visible scratch. An independent claim is included for a procedure for manufacturing the synthetic extrudates comprising coating the synthetic extrudates by the coating composition through painting, rolling, pulling, scrapping, pouring, rolling, immersing, flooding, injecting or spraying.
|
