An enhanced performance conductive filler and a conductive polymer fabricated by the same are provided to improve an EMI shielding effect of a conductive composite material formed by coupling the conductive filler with a polymer matrix. In an enhanced performance conductive filler including a coated particle, each coated particle includes a carbon based core(24) of center over about 350 um in a size on the basis of 50 percentile, a conductive metal film(26), and a compound metal film. And, the conductive filler is used for forming a conductive polymer composite with a polymer matrix(22).
