MOVING PART OF TRIPLEX AUTO BONDING DEVICE HAVING ENCODER

A driving unit of an automatic triplex mounting device having an encoder is provided to give feedback to a driving motor about information by checking whether the friction force is changed between a wheel and a wall surface or driving speed is changed by other physical pressure between the wheel and the wall surface. A driving unit(110) of an automatic triplex mounting device comprises a base(112); wheels(116) installed at both sides of the base; a pressing motor(114) tightly contacting the wheel on the wall surface of a test piece; a driving motor(117) transmitting the rotation force to the wheel to tightly contact the wheel on the wall of the test piece; and an encoder(118) installed at the rear side of the base to give feedback to the driving motor about information by checking whether the friction force is changed between the wheel and the wall surface or driving speed is changed by other physical pressure between the wheel and the wall surface. The encoder makes feedback to the driving motor in real time to measure and compensate deviation between a calculated value of the encoder displacement and a real value so as to drive the motor according to speed command by converting the encoder displacement into a distance.
