<p>The storing and dispensing device has a first chamber (12) which is formed from a pot-like container (17) which has an annular collar (18), protruding radially inwards, on its inner circumferential wall. The second chamber (13) is formed from an admission unit (16) which comprises a pot-like insert (15) set in the container, whose base limits the first chamber and a cross-opening is formed at its circumferential wall. The base of the insert in closed storage position is at a distance from the base of the container. The annular ring is positioned at the insert in such a way that a connection between the first chamber and the cross-opening is locked. The bar shaped application instrument is aligned at right angle to the axis of the insert and the container.</p> |
