A feeding device is provided to prevent the following print paper from proceeding downward by giving a strong feeding force to a highest paper and not giving strong feeding force to a next highest paper to be kept fixed. In a feeding device, a hopper(11) supports a medium. A supplier supplies the medium toward a first direction. A separator picks up the medium together with the supplier at a nib point. A guide has a guiding surface(10b) with a recession on a lower side of a nib point which is depressed toward the first direction, and guides the medium toward the first direction.
