MIXER FOR PULVERULENT BODY MELTING MACHINE

摘要

A powder dissolving mixer is provided to equally dissolve the powder by dispersing the powder around a lower periphery of a cone cover along a tapered surface and then spraying a solvent to the falling powders through a water supply pipe and a spray nozzle. The powder dissolving mixer is composed of a mixing unit(110) installed between an injector nozzle and a dissolving tank(60) to scatter the powder input from the injector nozzle; a water supply unit(120) of which one end is connected to a pump(123) and the other end is coupled to the inside of the mixing unit to spray a solvent pumped up by the pump to the scattered powders; and an acceleration unit(130) installed at the lower side of the mixing unit and connected to the dissolving tank to accelerate transferring of the powders mixed with the solvent.
