A liquid filtration device (1) comprises a volumetric pump (2), a motor (13) for driving the pump and a filter vessel (5) divided by a filter (6) into a first chamber (7) with an inlet connected to the pump and a first outlet (10) connected to a hydromotor (12) and a second chamber (8) with a second outlet (11) for filtered liquid. A liquid filtration device comprises a volumetric pump (2), a motor for driving the pump, a filter vessel divided by a filter into a first chamber and a second chamber, and a volumetric hydromotor. The pumped volume of liquid extends parallel to the rotation angle of the input shaft (15) for the pump. The first chamber has an inlet connected to the pump outlet and also has a first outlet. The second chamber has a second outlet for the filtered liquid. The hydromotor has an inlet connected to the first outlet in the filter vessel and its output shaft has a rotation angle extending parallel to the volume of liquid pumped by it. The pump, its drive motor and the hydromotor always have the same revolution speed. The volume of liquid pumped following rotation of the pump input shaft through a given angle is greater by a given amount than the volume pumped following rotation of the hydromotor output shaft through the same angle, so that this given amount of liquid is pumped through the filter and exits the device via the second outlet.
