A cargo screen assembly is provided to achieve aesthetic enhancement of a vehicle by improving a power supply structure of a motor for winding/unwinding a cargo screen. A cargo screen assembly comprises a cargo screen, a screen winding unit(21), and a screen attachment/detachment unit(41). The cargo screen is interposed between a pair of luggage side trims(5) so that the cargo screen open/closes a cargo chamber. The screen winding unit is arranged to support the cargo screen and receive a motor(27) for winding/unwinding the cargo screen. The screen attachment/detachment unit is arranged at an inner wall of the luggage side trim so that the screen attachment/detachment unit supplies power to the motor or cuts off supply of power to the motor.
