A decelerator is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure thereof. A main body(2) is sealed by a cover(3). A guide pin(5) having a rectangular shape is rotatably installed at a fixing shaft(4) coupled with an internal center of the main body. An operating plate(6) is slidingly coupled with the guide pin. A coupling hole(6b) and an internal gear(6c) are formed at both sides of the operating plate. A driving cam(8) is coupled with an input shaft(7) and is inserted into the coupling hole. An output shaft(9) is installed at the main body and the cover. An external gear(9a) is coupled with the output shaft. A diameter of the external gear is smaller than a diameter of the internal gear.
