Cutting pattern (11) has sectors (1-10) adjustable over entire area (16,17) of outer contour (20). The sectors are shifted partly in radial direction, crosswise or diagonally to outer contour, in such a manner, that the outer ends (21) of the sectors form the desired, adjustable outer contour (22). An independent claim is also included for the method for adjustment of the outer contour of a cutting pattern.
