摘要 A nozzle structure of a heat exchanger pin embedded regenerative single tube burner is provided to obtain an effect of high efficiency and improve an environmental problem by reducing NOx through recirculation and re-combustion of exhaust gas. In a nozzle structure of a heat exchanger pin embedded regenerative single tube burner, an inner air nozzle pipe(71) forms a combustion air passage(A). The inner air nozzle pipe is extendedly coupled to an end of a combustion air supply pipe(70) surrounding an outer diameter of a gas inflow pipe(50). The inner air nozzle pipe has a bottleneck form that a diameter of the inner air nozzle pipe gets narrow toward an end of the gas inflow pipe. An outer air nozzle pipe(81) forms a preheated air passage(B). The outer air nozzle pipe is extendedly coupled to an end of a heat exchanger(80) surrounding an outer diameter of the inner air nozzle pipe. The outer air nozzle pipe has the bottleneck form that a diameter of the outer air nozzle pipe gets narrow toward an end of the inner air nozzle pipe. An exhaust gas discharging passage(C) is formed between an outside of a tube(90) which surrounds a part of an end of the outer air nozzle pipe and an inside of a body of a burner(40). Exhaust gas moves through the exhaust gas discharging passage. A passing section(D) capable of flowing a fluid is formed between the tube and the outer air nozzle pipe. The exhaust gas expands in the passing section and speed thereof is reduced after passing through the exhaust gas discharging passage. Then some exhaust gas is left in the passing section. The remaining exhaust gas flows into preheated air and combustion air which have relatively high speed and lower pressure and gets a re-combustion process in the tube.
