A method of having effect on an organism of a certain species includes using at least two active ingredients for affecting the organism. Using the active ingredients IS carried out consequently in two stages. At the first stage the first active ingredient, which has a property, or metabolic products of which in the cell have a property to be accumulated in at least one type of cells, present in the organism, are used at least one time. At the second stage, with an interval after the first active ingredient had been used, the second active ingredient, which has a property to interact with the first active ingredient in the cells of the organism or with metabolic products of the first active ingredient in the cell, forming a therapeutic agent or a toxic agent or an intermediate, or which has a property to interact with the first active ingredient in the cells of the organism or with metabolic products of the first active ingredient in the cell with the effect of neutralizing or weakening the toxic effect of the second active ingredient, is used. At the second stage the third active ingredient, which has a property to interact with the intermediate in the cells of the organism forming a therapeutic agent or a toxic agent, or which has a property to interact with the intermediate in the cells of the organism with the effect of neutralizing or weakening the toxic effect of the third active ingredient on the organism, can be additionally used with the second and third active ingredients used consecutively with a time interval or simultaneously.
