METHOD FOR PLASTIC SURGERY OF HEPATIC VEINS IN LIVER TRANSPLANTATION FROM LIVE FAMILY DONOR TO CHILD

The method for the plastic surgery of the hepatic veins in liver transplantation from the live family donor to the child comprises applying the anastomosis between the common ostium of left, right and middle hepatic veins of the recipient and the common ostium of the left hepatic vein of the donor. The autovenous insert from the bifurcation of the portal vein of the recipient is used for the anastomosis, with one side anastomosed to the common ostium of the hepatic veins of the recipient and the other side anastomosed to the common ostium of the left hepatic vein of the donor.
