A towing hook structure of a vehicle is provided to simplify rotation for connection and separation of the towing hook, and prevent deterioration of stiffness of the towing hook. A towing hook structure of a vehicle is mounted to a rear side of a vehicle body or a frame, and comprises a bracket(10), a stopper(20), a gear(30), and a hook(40). The bracket has a penetration hole(12) vertically formed at a rear part, and is mounted to the vehicle body or the frame. The stopper is enclosed by the bracket and mounted to the vehicle body or the frame to vertically move. The stopper comprises a semicircular depression(23), an upper stopper(20-1), and a lower stopper(20-2). The depression has a first fixing depression(21) and a first fixing unit(22). The gear is mounted to a moving hole(25) of a movement support piece(27) of the stopper, and includes a depression(32) formed in the center of one side and a second gear unit formed on the outer circumference. The hook includes a second fixing depression(41), a second fixing unit(42), a protrusion part(44) corresponding to the depression of the gear, and a fixing ring.
