A hinge structure of a glove box for a vehicle is provided to eliminate the necessity of assembling an air damper, and reduce noises generated from the rotation of the glove box caused due to gravity. A hinge structure of a glove box for a vehicle, comprises a glove box housing(10), a hinge locking pin(20), a hinge unit(30), and an elastic pin(40). The hinge locking pin is coupled to the glove box housing so as to form a rotation center axis, and has both sides with stopper portions(25). The hinge unit is coupled to left and right sides of the hinge locking pin, and controls the glove box housing in such a manner that the glove box housing is hingeable. The elastic pin is inserted into a joint groove(32) of the hinge unit.
