An air conditioner louver structure for a bus is provided to adjust a direction and amount of cold air discharged into the vehicle through an adjustment part installed in the air conditioner louver. An air conditioner louver structure for a bus includes a louver body(10), an air control plate(20), an air control housing(30), a handle part(40), an air control cap(50), and an air control conversion part(60). The louver body is installed on a duct line of the air conditioner to discharge cold air supplied through the duct line. The air control plate has a first discharge part installed at the through-hole and discharging the cold air. The air control housing is fixedly installed at the louver body and has a second discharge part. The handle part is installed at a lower part of the air control plate to be directed to the lower part at its one end, and extends inward the louver body at the other end. The air control cap is installed at the other end of the adjustment part. The air control conversion part has a guide part to discharge the cold air.
