A robot cleaner is provided to selectively clean the floor, the lateral side, and the upper side in a room according to signals of a sensor by installing a sucking tool on the upper side and the lateral side of a main body, thereby efficiently cleaning the room regardless of the cleaned portions. A robot cleaner(1) comprises: plural suction holes(4) installed on the upper side and the lateral side of a main body; a manifold(7) communicated and assembled with the plural suction holes; a suction fan(5) having a dust collecting filter(8) communicated with the manifold; and an electronic valve(9) electrically connected with a choice switch button(12) installed on a switch panel(11) connected with a control panel(10) so as to selectively open/close each suction pipe(6) branched from the manifold. After turning on a power switch(13) of the robot cleaner, the button for cleaning on the lateral side or the upper side is selectively operated.
