An automatic coal boiler is provided to reduce costs and prevent farm-crops from being frozen by automatically burning inexpensive coal and eliminating the necessity of changing coal. An automatic coal boiler comprises a main body unit(40), an endless track unit(20), a high speed blower(30), a heat exchange unit(50), a heat absorbing plate(60) and a heat emitting plate(62), a sensor unit, and a main controller. The main body unit includes a coal hopper(33), an air outlet port(58) formed in an upper portion of the main body for discharging combustion air, and a collector(12) formed in a lower portion of the main body. The endless track unit is arranged in a combustion chamber(10), and has a coal mounting portion(21) which rotates by a driving motor(26). The high speed blower supplies outdoor air to improve combustion rate of coal being burnt on the coal mounting portion. The heat exchange unit has a plurality of heat exchange pipes(56) heated by heat of coal in the combustion chamber. The heat absorbing plate and the heat emitting plate have cleaning ports(63,64) formed between layers of heat exchange pipes so as to collect coal ashes. The sensor unit includes a hot plate temperature sensor(59), a water temperature sensor(57), and a water level sensor(55) for measuring the level of water supplied in the heat exchange unit. The main controller has a signal processor for processing signals from the sensor unit. The main controller controls each unit in accordance with the signals processed by the signal processor. |
