PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology capable of more reducing user's burden by solving the problem that a conventional technology is not effective enough to efficiently perform any operation intended by a user as a color matching tool which is necessary for such a design as color space compression. SOLUTION: A CPU generates three-dimensional coordinate data from color signal data in an arbitrary color space (S401 to S402), and prepares a 3D object to be displayed at a monitor from the three-dimensional coordinate data (S402), and displays the object and the color information of an arbitrary image on a monitor (S403, S407).
