PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which suppresses a reduction in the rigidity of a heat roller and is excellent in heat efficiency. SOLUTION: The fixing device 100 is provided with a heat roller 2 including a heat source 1 inside and a pressure roller 3 paired with the heat roller 2. The heat roller 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape. A recessed line 9 and a projected line 10 which are axially extended are provided in the inner peripheral surface 8 of the heat roller 2. The recessed line 9 and the projected line 10 are formed to be alternately shifted all around the inner peripheral surface 8 of the heat roller 2, that is, formed to be regular convexoconcave when viewed from the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface 8 of the heat roller 2.
