PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of stabilizing both of a steam supply quantity to a cooking chamber and an inside temperature of the cooking chamber, and to rise the inside temperature to a set value in a short time. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker, a heater for heating the inside of the cooking chamber 4 is divided into an inner heater 17 and an outer heater 18, a heater for generating steam is divided into a lower heater 37 and an upper heater 38, and the heating cooking is performed while selectively using the inner heater 17, the outer heater 18, the lower heater 37 and the upper heater 38 on the basis of cooking information within a range not over a rating of household wall socket. According to this constitution, both of the steam supply quantity to the cooking chamber 4 and the inside temperature of the cooking chamber 4 can be stabilized, and the inside temperature of the cooking chamber 4 can be risen to the set value in a short time.
