PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain emergency evacuation by lifting (opening) a door even in service interruption, failure, or the like in a door lifting device for lifting the door by a motor to open/close the door. SOLUTION: The door lifting device lifts the door by locking a belt to locking pins provided at both side faces of the door, and vertically moving the belt by the motor provided at the upper part. An opening mechanism for the door lifting device is characterized in that control blocks having locking pins are slidably stored in both ends of the lower part of the door and that the door and the control blocks can be connected and separated.
