PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil- and weather-resistant rubber composition that is a non-chlorine base, controls roughness of extruded material, has low gasoline permeability and excellent low temperature properties and ozone resistance. SOLUTION: The oil- and weather-resistant rubber composition comprises (A) 5-94 mass% of an acrylic acid ester-based copolymer, (B) 94-5 mass% of anα,β-unsaturated nitrile-conjugated diene-based copolymer and (C) 1-50 mass% of at least one kind of a specific polymer that is selected from the group consisting of ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, isobutylene-isoprene copolymerization rubber, silicone rubber and hydrogenated rubber and has≤-30°C glass transition point ((A)+(B)+(C)=100 mass%).
