A plasma display apparatus is provided to shield readily electromagnetic waves generated around connective lines by coating connective lines with a shielding member. A plasma display panel(20) includes a plurality of discharge cells for displaying images by using gas discharge. The plasma display panel is attached to one side of a chassis base(30) for supporting the plasma display panel. A plurality of driving boards(40) are attached to the other side of the chassis base in order to generate electrical signals for driving the plasma display panel. A plurality of connective lines are used for connecting the driving boards with each other. A shielding member(71) is used for shielding electromagnetic waves generated from the connective lines.
