<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to view a desired place from a stationary viewpoint in a virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: Everytime the position and posture of the viewpoint of an observer are acquired, data of the acquired position and posture is overridden in a memory and stored (S905). When a first indication is detected, processing is controlled not to perform storage processing in the memory (S904).
