RE-DISPERSABLE BALL-POINTED PEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball pointed pen and a ball pointed pen like cosmetics applicator re-dispersable which enables the simple formation of a linear coating trace with a fixed width without effect on the coat width otherwise caused by a pen pressure during the coating by eliminating the disabled use of even a pigment coat liquid overcoming the settlement of pigments.

SOLUTION: The ball pointed pen or the ball pointed pen like costmetics applicator filled with a coat liquid containing pigments is provided in a coat liquid filled chamber with a ball for agitation (or agitator) which enables the re-dispersion of pigments in the coat liquid.
