PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an installing place is restricted by the restriction of power supply in a mailbox with a call-incoming display function of a conventional technique. SOLUTION: This device comprises a detection means for detecting the state of the inside of the mailbox utilizing power generated by a generator provided for generating power by opening and closing movement of a door, and a notice means which notices outside of the state of the inside of a container detected by the detection means.
