PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system pillow provided with a cervical vertebrae pack that can adjust the height of the cervical vertebrae pack easily, accurately, and at low cost in accordance with the characteristics of the human body, in particular, from the head to the shoulder sections.
