摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the protocols for the conventional scan or cine-scan of an X-ray CT apparatus with an X-ray area detector. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus has the X-ray area detector of the matrix structure such as a multi-row X-ray detector or a flat panel X-ray detector. The protocols for the tomography at respective z-coordinate positions are optimized in the X-ray cone beams extending in the z-direction of the X-ray CT apparatus. The thickness of slicing of the tomographic image is freely controlled in the z-direction, and a reconstruction function, an image filter, the area for tomography, and the position of each tomographic image are independently and freely adjusted and conditioned to reconstruct the image. The position of a beam forming X-ray filter is changed in the z-direction.
