<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a recovery rate through distillation of a detergent after cleaning while maintaining good processability and detergency by bringing a base oil composition of an oil for use in processing metal parts near to the composition of a detergent to be used after processing. <P>SOLUTION: A detergent used herein contains as a base oil an at least 90% by volume or more saturated hydrocarbon component with a carbon number between 10 and 13. Furthermore, an oil for processing used herein is prepared by mixing the detergent with one, two, or more types of additives including an extreme pressure agent, an oil-based agent, a viscosity index improver, an oxidation inhibitor, a pour point depressant, and an anticorrosive. Accordingly, the invention particularly enables cleaning of parts and the like having complicated structures, such as sintered metal parts with structures having numerous pores, in which contact between dirt and a detergent is physically difficult to take place. The invention also enables good processing and cleaning of parts and the like under conditions requiring high detergency, under which many parts and the like are cleaned while being placed in a cleaning basket and in close contact each other. Moreover, the invention also enables the easy control of cleaning steps, less consumption of the detergent, and economically excellent processing and cleaning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
