PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granule composition having suitable particle diameters, a narrow particle diameter distribution, also a high hardness and good disintegrating property, and containing≥1 kind of an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This method for producing a granule composition is characterized by using functional starch powder having≥400% water-retaining amount, 40-95% water soluble components and≥100 and <200 g gel indentation load as a binder, and wet-granulating the powdery granules containing≥1 kind of active ingredient.
