PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having a texture to efficiently cover the deficiency of pigment of the skin (especially the scar and the depigmented or hyperpigmented area) and easily applicable to the skin. SOLUTION: The invention provides an anhydrous make-up composition for cosmetic product having hardness of 0.04-0.5N and containing (i) an oily phase containing at least one kind of volatile oil in an amount of 10-70 wt.% based on the entire weight of the composition, (ii) a powder phase containing≥25 wt.% pigment based on the entire weight of the composition and (iii) at least one kind of an oil thickener.
