<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the usage for various training and rehabilitation or the like of the body potion besides the limbs by making the selection of the breadth space when held by both hands possible and by improving the gripping nature. <P>SOLUTION: A training device has a pair of first grip sections 1a which are opposed to each other approximately in parallel and a pair of second grip sections 1b which connect the individual both end sections of the first grip sections 1a and are opposed to each other approximately in parallel with a smaller space than the space between the first grip sections 1a and in a slightly narrowing shape, wherein those first grip sections 1a and the second grip sections 1b are integrally formed in a loop shape. The first grip sections 1a are formed in linear shapes or in moderately curved shapes and the second grip sections 1b are constituted to have central portions which are mutually narrowed toward the inside and to be arcuately curved in an approximately orthogonal direction to the direction of the narrowing so that the whole is formed to have an approximate leaf shape.
