PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric pipe that can assist to cover a clearance even if the clearance is formed between the end face of a synthetic resin cover and a mounting surface such as a wall surface to which a combination faucet is mounted. SOLUTION: The eccentric pipe comprises an eccentric pipe body 83 formed with a connection part 84 to the combination faucet A at one end and a connection part 85 to piping at the other end so that both the connection parts 84, 85 are arranged to be eccentric, and the synthetic resin cover 1 formed of two separable half-divided bodies 2, 3 to cover the eccentric pipe body 83. The eccentric pipe is further provided with a ring body 4 for covering the annular clearance S formed between the synthetic resin cover 1 and the mounting surface such as the wall surface 89 to which the combination faucet A is mounted.
