The connecting plate has a plate-form base element, preferably an aluminum honeycomb plate, on which a plate-form element (2, 6) is fixed by a fixing layer (3, 5) on a cover surface (1a, 1c). The base element and the plate-form element (2, 6) in combination with the fixing layers convert the point load acting on the plate element into a load acting on the base element.
