An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to control a quantity of a current by connecting a second electrode to a resistance body connected to a first electrode of the organic light emitting display device. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(100), a first electrode(141), a resistance body(R), an organic layer(160), and a second electrode(170). The first electrode(141) is located on the substrate(100). The resistance body(R) is connected to the first electrode(141). The organic layer(160) is located on the first electrode(141), and has organic light emitting layer. The second electrode(170) is located on the organic layer(160). The resistance body(R) is located on a planarization layer(135). A resistance ratio of the resistance body(R) is 0.01-10Фm. The resistance body(R) is made of a doped silicon material. The organic light emitting display device repairs a bright spot of the organic light emitting display device based on the resistance body(R). |
