<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed streaming internet server system. <P>SOLUTION: A distributed streaming internet server system comprises multi-tier servers and has data caching, file storage and application server features. The system provides a high-reliability, and streaming media. The system is designed so as to be expanded, so that additional capacity can be easily increased as needed.
