PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor shaft for a high/low pressure-integrated steam turbine having excellent high-temperature creep strength in a high-pressure part, having excellent tensile strength and low-temperature toughness in a low-pressure final stage part, and capable of increasing the length of a blade implanted in the low-pressure final stage part by using a martensitic steel.
SOLUTION: The rotor shaft for the high/low pressure-integrated steam turbine has a high-pressure side part consisting of a heat resisting steel having a bainite structure containing C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo and V, and a low-pressure side part consisting of a heat resisting steel having a bainite structure containing C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo and V with more content of Ni than that of the high-pressure side. The contents of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo and V of the low-pressure final stage part are slightly reduced as the content of Ni is increased.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
|
