PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor capable of eliminating unevenness in an element film thickness, decreasing a nonconformity such as an element displacement in the case of a lamination, and being difficult to occur a non-sealing in the case of a sealing process. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a process in which a solid electrolytic layer is formed on a conductor surface, by immersing a conductor with an attached monomer-containing liquid in an oxidizer-containing liquid.
