PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist watch which can achieve waterproofness effect by loading the body section of the wrist watch in the fixing groove of a body case so as to enable it to fix, in which tactile feeling, such as touch is good and which is useful for a human body. SOLUTION: The wrist watch includes a body section of a clock having a back cover which has a glass combined in the center of an upper part, a precious stone ring combined outside, and a modulation pin combined with one side; a body case having a loading groove in the center of the upper part so that it may load with the body section of the clock and can join together, case fixed holes provided at both sides of the bottom of the fixing groove, an adjusting pin fixing section provided in the front face side, and a watch band which can be connected with both sides; a fixing bolt which makes the body section of the clock fixing to the fixing groove of the body case by combining with the mounting hole of the back cover through the case fixed holes and a watch band connected with both sides band mounting section of the body case.
