PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mounting fixture such as a clip for fitting and attaching a pair of hollow members from appearing on the exposed surface of the hollow members. SOLUTION: In the fitting structure of the hollow members, when a pair of the hollow members 11 and 12 are fitted to overlap each other and attached at each overlapping surface 11a and 12a to form a hollow member element 10 comprising a luggage floor lid 16a, a bracket member 14 is attached to the overlapping surface 11a in one hollow member 11 out of a pair of the hollow members 11 and 12. The overlapping surface 12a side in the other hollow member 12 is attached to the bracket member 14 to form both the hollow members 11 and 12 for overlapping and attaching.
