<p>Nail clippers capable of preventing a cut nail from dispersing, eliminating the occurrence of its clogging with the cut nail, and cutting the nail of a user with less sense of incongruity and pain. A lower arm (1) and an upper arm (2) are weld-joined to each other on the base end side of the nail clippers so that they can be formed in a V-shape. A frame (3) formed in a grooved shape in cross section formed of a bottom plate (31) and side walls (32) is fixed to the tip of the lower arm (1). An operation lever (6) rotatably fitted to the frame (3) acts as a lever to push down the upper arm (2) to the lower arm (1) side. A rotor (6c) is fitted to the tip of the operation lever (6). The rotor (6c) is formed in a circular shape in cross section, comprises a ring-like groove (6b) formed at its intermediate part, and rotatably inserted into the circular rotating hole (4b) of a connection body (4). The operation lever is fitted to the frame (3) by a horizontal pin (5) so as to be rotated through the connection body (4). Since a vertical pin for rotating the operation lever is not present at the edge portions of the upper and lower arms, the cut nail is smoothly taken into the edge portions without being dispersed therearound or without clogging the clippers.</p> |
