<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent of diabetes (type 2 diabetes or the like) and abnormality of glucose tolerance, and a prophylactic and/or improving agent of postprandial hyperglycemia, and having DPP4-inhibiting activities. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal composition contains a compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent; R<SP>7</SP>is a substituent; R<SP>8</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a protective group of a nitrogen atom, or the like; n is an integer of 0-4; when n is 2 or more, R<SP>7</SP>s may be the same or different; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>may form a heterocycle in combination with the nitrogen atom bonded thereto; R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may form a heterocycle by being bonded to each other; and R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>may form a carbon ring or a heterocycle in combination with the carbon atom bonded thereto), a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, an N-oxide thereof or a prodrug thereof as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
